2. Purposes and legal basis of processing

We process your personal data in order to:

  • the conclusion and performance of an accommodation contract (e.g. when making a reservation),
  • compliance with legal obligations (records of residents, accounting),
  • the legitimate interest of the controller (e.g. complaint handling, asset protection).

The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR.

3. Categories of data processed

We process the following personal data:

  • first name, last name,
  • contact details (phone, e-mail),
  • reservation and stay details (date, number of persons, length of stay),
  • where applicable, identification data according to legal requirements (e.g. document number),
  • payment details if a deposit or online payment is required.

4. Sources and method of obtaining data

We collect data directly from you when you book your stay through:

  • our booking form,
  • telephone or e-mail communication,
  • reservation system Previo.

5. Recipients of personal data

Your data may be disclosed:

  • booking system providers Previo s.r.o.,
  • accountant and tax advisor,
  • to public authorities (e.g. police, immigration authorities) within the scope of their legal obligations,
  • web hosting and IT support providers.

6. Retention period

We store personal data:

  • for the time necessary to perform the contract and legal obligations,
  • for 10 years for accounting and tax purposes,
  • data necessary for the registration of accommodated guests according to the law for the period of time specified by the legislation (usually 6 years).

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access to personal data,
  • correction of inaccurate data,
  • deletion (unless prevented by legal obligations),
  • processing limitations,
  • objection to processing,
  • data portability,
  • filing a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

8. Data security

We treat your data securely. We use modern technical and organisational measures to protect data from misuse, loss or unauthorised access.
