Purposes and legal basis of processing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We process your personal data in order to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the conclusion and performance of an accommodation contract (e.g. when making a reservation),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>compliance with legal obligations (records of residents, accounting),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the legitimate interest of the controller (e.g. complaint handling, asset protection).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Categories of data processed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We process the following personal data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>first name, last name,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contact details (phone, e-mail),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reservation and stay details (date, number of persons, length of stay),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>where applicable, identification data according to legal requirements (e.g. document number),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>payment details if a deposit or online payment is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Sources and method of obtaining data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We collect data directly from you when you book your stay through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>our booking form,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>telephone or e-mail communication,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reservation system&nbsp;<strong>Previo<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Recipients of personal data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your data may be disclosed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>booking system providers&nbsp;<a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.previo.cz\/\"><strong>Previo s.r.o.<\/strong><\/a>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accountant and tax advisor,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to public authorities (e.g. police, immigration authorities) within the scope of their legal obligations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>web hosting and IT support providers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Retention period<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We store personal data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>for the time necessary to perform the contract and legal obligations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for 10 years for accounting and tax purposes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>data necessary for the registration of accommodated guests according to the law for the period of time specified by the legislation (usually 6 years).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
